We offer various shipping options at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by you.

International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are collected by your local customs authority upon delivery.

We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on all products. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your products without giving any reason. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant products. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our products are designed for recreational fishing purposes. We are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper use of our products or use contrary to any instructions provided.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of our website.
